Title of Bulletin Board: Winter Wellness Cabin

Category: Motivation

Suggested Grade Level: All

Materials: Blue poster board paper, snow flake boarders, cotton balls, cord, printed cutouts of children playing

Winter Wellness Cabin was made to encourage the continuation of movement throughout the winter season. The cabin symbolizes and displays a safe and unique structural dwelling made of cotton balls for snow and cord for the building structure. Children will be taught how to exercise good character traits as well as challenging themselves to participate in new and vigorous activities. The use of the words "Courage, Energy, Confidence" gives insight to what each child will be developing as they gain proficiency in several movement activities. The use of positive character traits during group activities promotes a positive atmosphere.
