Title of Bulletin Board: Exercise and the Human Body

Category: About the Body

Suggested Grade Level: 9-12

Materials: Skeleton Sketch, Print Outs, Bulletin Paper

This bulletin board is about how exercise affects the body. The board first shows four ways strength training helps the human body and how exercise affects the brain, the joints, the arms, the legs, the abs and the heart. Displayed on the board are examples of good exercises for each part of the body. A drawing of the human skeleton is laying horizontal on the page. This board was a big hit with our students and faculty!
