PEC: Bulletin Boards for Physical Education

Title of Bulletin Board: What's Bugging Me?

Category: Bullying

Suggested Grade Level: K-2

Materials: Markers and posterboard

This board is great to help teach and remind students of the "I" language. They feel empowered and gain confidence by being assertive and standing up for what they want in a safe manner. Students learn how to resolve conflicts and how to think independently. Students begin to own their feelings and improve communication and conflict resolution. I have my students refer to this board many times throughout the year.
