Title of Bulletin Board: Snowboarding through the 5 Components of Fitness

Materials: Large Roll Bulletin Board Paper, Permanent Marker, Cricut, Everyday Paper Dolls Cartridge
This board was created to provide my students with the understanding that so many activities we do incorporate one or all of the 5 components of health-related fitness. This board was also designed with the intent to teach my students that "Fitness isn't about being better than someone else...fitness is about being able to move and do more than you used to be able to".
In one day a person normally spends about 6-7 hours on the slopes. Your muscles need to be able to perform over and over and over.
