PEC: Bulletin Boards for Physical Education

Title of Bulletin Board: What Makes You Move

Category: About the Body

Suggested Grade Level: 3-12

Materials: pictures, letters, construction paper and string

The center of the board has a picture of a human body made of it's bones. String is used to extend out to attach specific bones to names of muscles in that area. From there, more string is used to extend from the muscle names to pictures of those muscles and then continue to pictures of exercises highlighting those muscles being used.

The board allows the students to see how the muscular and skeletal system work together to allow us to move.
