PEC: Bulletin Boards for Physical Education

Title of Bulletin Board: It's Never a Question of Can you, But Will Yo

Category: Promoting PE

Suggested Grade Level: 6-8

Materials: bulletin paper, construction paper, variety of pictures displaying student involvement in a sport

The bright construction paper is placed behind the picture to "highlight" that particular picture. Place different students involved in a variety of sports (boys and girls) to emphasize everybody can perform and succeed in physical education.

Change the pictures often. Students look for their picture! and notice when they have been changed.

We used a positive phrase and turned it into a hash tag. The students love it!

Additional Information:

The bulletin board is very wide so I didn't get the whole display, but it certainly captures the gist of it.
