Title of Bulletin Board: How do I work out my. . .

Materials: Construction paper, body part images, pictures of exercise
During our fitness unit we set up several stations. Each station works on a different body part(s). For this bulletin board, it is compiled so that students can look at the board and figure out what stations will work out each body part. The center of the bulletin board says "How do I work out my. . . " and if you follow the dots, it leads to a certain body part (including arms, shoulders, chest, back, core, butt, whole body and legs). This will help the students to determine what stations are working certain body parts. If they have "problem areas" or want to tone and tighten a certain area they will be able to find that information on the bulletin board. Students can look at the board and figuare out what stations will really help them to reach their workout goals. This bulletin board highlights the particular body part along with giving examples of how to work out that area.
Students have really taken advantage of this bulletin board to figure out how to focus on what they want to improve in themselves!!
