Title of Bulletin Board: Health Question of the Week

Category: Health

Suggested Grade Level: 1-8

Materials: Write on white board, construction paper, enlarged image of the human brain, small locked box, small slips of paper, prizes

I wanted to include more health knowledge for our fourth and fifth grade students in a fun way. I also wanted to give them a chance to research and find out the answers on their own. I give them a question on Monday and the answer on Friday. Students have all week to make educated guesses on the small slips of paper to put into the locked box below the Question of the Week. At the end of school on Friday, I draw a name from the box and the first student drawn with the correct answer wins a small prize.

I would love a list of the questions you ask too. Thanks

Do you have a list of the questions that you put up every week that you wouldn't mind sharing?
