Mornings in Motion

Mornings in Motion is a before school fitness program at Willow Brook Elementary in Oak Ridge, TN. The program is conducted in partnership with Oak Ridge Schools' Coordinated School Health, Willow Brook Elementary and Next Level Training. This program has helped us say goodbye to your ordinary Bus Hall and has 200-300 kids every Monday, Wednesday and Friday constantly moving for 30 minutes in a variety of ways including aerobics, plyometrics, and active stretching. No matter what the child's personal fitness level or athletic ability, every child is moving and every child is successful. No waiting in line or sitting in this program. This program is reshaping the students of the Willow Brook community while adding more physical activity to the busy school day.

Adaptations for Students with Disabilities:

Students of any ability can participate in this program but may require special attention or needed assistance.
