Give-a-Hand Wall of Fame
The purpose of Give-a-Hand Wall of Fame is to publicly recognize outstanding social behavior. Examples of such behavior may include, but is certainly not limited to: inviting others to be included in an activity, sharing words of encouragement, complimenting another person's efforts, or being willing to help others. When a student is observed exhibiting outstanding social behavior their names are placed on the Give-a-Hand Wall of Fame. To make "the wall" as attractive as possible, teachers are encouraged to cut out a figure that resembles a hand, and write the students name on the hand before attaching it to the wall. Additionally teachers are encouraged to provide each Give-a-Hand recipient with a certificate acknowledging their achievement.
