Roller Blading Safety

* Make sure you wear protective equipment (i.e., helmet, elbow pads, knee pads, wrist guards).

* Be sure your skates are in good working order.

* Rotate your wheels so that your skates will roll better.

* Skate on smooth surfaces free of stones, branches, leaves, etc.

* Donāt skate beyond your ability (i.e, don't try tricks/stunts that you aren't ready to perform).

* Warm up muscles prior to skating.
