Safety Around Water

* Never go into water ALONE!

* Know your limits, donāt over extend yourself.

* Take swimming lessons, your never too old to learn.

* Never dive into unknown water, it could be too shallow.

* If you see someone in distress call out for help, always put something between you and that person, unless you are trained donāt make direct contact with the victim.

* Never mix alcohol and swimming.
