Eliminating Morning Chaos

* Lay out your next day's clothes before you go to bed.

* Set the breakfast table the night before.

* Make sure your book bag contains everything you need for the next day.

* Go to bed at a reasonable time.

* If you're a slow riser, give yourself an extra 15 minutes in the morning.

* No TV, radio, Walkmans, or CD players in the morning.
