Treat yourself to a relaxing hot bath to relieve asthma symptoms and alleviate stress.
Join a health club, YMCA, or YWCA, or develop an indoor exercise routine so that you can keep up with your workouts despite the weather.
Consider joining a support group, such as the American Lung Association.
Take a vacation from allergic asthma.
