Tips for People with Sensitive Skin

* Use soap only on your face, armpit area, groin, and feet.

* Take only short, lukewarm (not hot) showers).

* Use hypoallergenic skin lotions once or twice a day.

* After exercise, shower off the sweat as soon as possible; apply lotion.

* Avoid wool. Try wearing more cotton clothing.

* In the winter, use a humidifier at home to increase the moisture in the air, especially in the bedroom.

* Foods that often cause allergies include citrus fruits, tomatoes, wheat-containing products, eggs, cowâs milk, and chocolate.
