Use soap only on your face, armpit area, groin, and feet.
Take only short, lukewarm (not hot) showers).
Use hypoallergenic skin lotions once or twice a day.
After exercise, shower off the sweat as soon as possible; apply lotion.
Avoid wool. Try wearing more cotton clothing.
In the winter, use a humidifier at home to increase the moisture in the air, especially in the bedroom.
Foods that often cause allergies include citrus fruits, tomatoes, wheat-containing products, eggs, cowâs milk, and chocolate.
