When given a choice, choose water over all other fluids. Water is the best to replace lost body fluids.
Drink at least 6 - 8 glasses of water every day.
Make a habit of drinking before you feel thirsty, by the time you feel thirsty your body is already starting to dehydrate.
Keeping your body hydrated will allow your brain to stay hydrated and operate the way is was designed to.
