Always swim with a friend.
Call for help if someone in the water is in trouble-Don't jump in after them.
Apply sun block of at least SPF 15.
Reapply sun block frequently if swimming or exercising.
Drink 6-8 glasses of water each day.
Drink water before and after exercising.
