Reduce Cancer Risk--Dietary Guidelines

* Maintain desirable weight.

* Eat a varied diet.

* Include a variety of fruits and vegtables in your daily diet.

* Include cruciferous vegtables in your diet. These include cabbage, broccoli, brussels sprouts, kohlrabi, and cauliflower.

* Eat more high-fiber foods such as whole wheat cereals, pasta, and bread.

* Reduce total fat intake.

* Avoid drinking alcohol. However, if you drink alcohol, do so in moderation.
