Coping with Allergies
Keep your home clean and dust-free.
Try to keep your windows shut.
Air the house out at night or use air-conditioning.
For those with allergies morning is the worst time to be outside.
Wear glasses instead of contact lenses if your eyes water or itch.
If your allergies and worse than usual, call your doctor.
Make sure to tell your doctor about any nonprescription allergy medicine that you take.
