Coping with Allergies

* Keep your home clean and dust-free.

* Try to keep your windows shut.

* Air the house out at night or use air-conditioning.

* For those with allergies morning is the worst time to be outside.

* Wear glasses instead of contact lenses if your eyes water or itch.

* If your allergies and worse than usual, call your doctor.

* Make sure to tell your doctor about any nonprescription allergy medicine that you take.
