Back Pain and/or Injury

* Take a pain reliever.

* Put an ice pack on the painful area for 20 minutes every hour yourâre awake for the first day or so. Appy heat after that.

* Take short, slow walks if you can.

* Swim if you can.

* Sleep with a pillow under or between your knees.

* Get a relaxing massage.

* See a doctor if your pain is severe or doesnât improve in four days.
