Analyze your mistakes; know what went wrong and how to fix it..

Donāt take the easy way out; force yourself to smile, hold your head high and shoulders back.

Keep a list of your accomplishments; refer to the list when you need a lift.

Take responsibility for your actions; making yourself accountable for your failures also makes you responsible for your successes.

Compete against yourself; assess you performance the past year, then establish some specific goals for the next year.

Keep your job and your life in perspective; maintaining a healthful balance between your personal and professional lives.
