Healthy Friendships

* Be appreciative of the things your friends do for you and express your gratitude to them.

* Be willing to share your personal thoughts and ideas with them. By confiding in them you demonstrate the level of your trust.

* Accept your friends for who they are both their strengths and their weaknesses. All of us are going to make mistakes.

* Be willing to share material things. True friends are often considered "family".

* Spend time together. Quality friendships take time and effort to develop.
