Ways To Stick To Your Exercise Program

* Choose activities you enjoy.

* Set realistic goals for yourself.

* Schedule your workouts for a specific time, and don't plan anything else during that time.

* Cross-train to reduce boredom and injuries.

* Occasionally reward yourself for sticking with your routine.

* Increase the length and intensity of your workouts gradually.

* Exercise with a family member or friend.
