Eye Strain and Computer Monitors

* Place lighting so as not to cause a glare or reflection on your screen.

* Place your monitor at or slightly below eye level.

* Make sure your screen is dust free.

* Look away from your monitor occasionally.

* Invest in a monitor anti-glare screen.

* Keep reference materials close to your screen.
