Stay calm. Your parents probably aren't far away.

Stay inside the store. Do not go outside to look for your parents.

Go to the nearest salesperson, cashier, or manager and tell him/her that you have lost your parents. Ask them to page one of your parents.

State clearly your dad or mom's name to the clerk so they pronounce it properly. May be helpful to tell the clerk what your mom and dad were wearing.
