About Over-the-Counter Medicines

* Don't take ANY medication without adult permission.

* Know the names of all medications (including vitamins and suppliments) you take.

* Make sure you inform any adults or health-care providers about your allergies, etc. before you take any medicines.

* Notice the color, size, and label of any medicines you take.

* Know what the medicine SHOULD do for you, and what possible side-effects to look for.

* Report anything unusual about a medicine, or your reaction to it right away!
