Solving Work-Related Problems

* Write down possible solutions.

* Seek advice from co-workers about how they would solve the problem.

* Gather all the facts before acting.

* Be flexible; consider a variety of solutions.

* View the problem as an opportunity to expand your knowledge and experience.

* Analyze the causes of the problems.

* Develop backup plans in case your solutions donŐt work.
