BEGINNING AN EXERCISE PROGRAM
Consult an exercise expert prior to starting an exercise program
Start slow and easy (don't do too much too soon)
Keep track of your progress by writing down what you do in a chart or log
Find a friend to be active with
Set new exercise goals if you get bored with your exercise routine
Choose activities that you enjoy doing. (i.e., swimming, riding bikes)
