Recover Quickly From Being Sick


Get plenty of rest (your immune system needs sleep)

Stay home if you have a fever

Take over-the-counter medications as directed (taking "twice as much" of any medication is dangerous)

Take all of the prescription unless otherwise advised

Adjust your diet (eat light, fresh foods and avoid dairy products)

Don't exercise if you have flu symptoms or chest congestion

Avoid alcohol, caffeine, and don't smoke
