Recover Quickly From Being Sick

* Get plenty of rest (your immune system needs sleep)

* Stay home if you have a fever

* Take over-the-counter medications as directed (taking "twice as much" of any medication is dangerous)

* Take all of the prescription unless otherwise advised

* Adjust your diet (eat light, fresh foods and avoid dairy products)

* Don't exercise if you have flu symptoms or chest congestion

* Avoid alcohol, caffeine, and don't smoke
