Reduce Your Risk Of Getting Cancer


Don't smoke or use smokeless tobacco

Cut back on fat intake, especially saturated fats and red meats

Don't drink alcoholic beverages

Eat at least five to nine servings of fruit and vegetables every day

Engage in moderate exercise almost every day
