Reduce Your Risk Of Getting Cancer

* Don't smoke or use smokeless tobacco

* Cut back on fat intake, especially saturated fats and red meats

* Don't drink alcoholic beverages

* Eat at least five to nine servings of fruit and vegetables every day

* Engage in moderate exercise almost every day
