Exercising In Cold Weather


* Let someone know you are exercising outside

* Wear layers of clothes

* Wear mittens/gloves for your hands

* Wear a hat that covers your ears

* Warm up longer than usual

* Even though its cold, drink plenty of fluids

* Don't go far from home and carry a quarter to make a phone call!
