Exercising In Cold Weather



Let someone know you are exercising outside

Wear layers of clothes

Wear mittens/gloves for your hands

Wear a hat that covers your ears

Warm up longer than usual

Even though its cold, drink plenty of fluids

Don't go far from home and carry a quarter to make a phone call!
