Tips To Quit Smoking

* Set a specified date to quit and stick to it!

* List 3 good reasons to quit (i.e., save money)

* Seek support/advice from others who have gone through the process

* For a substitute choose low-cal snacks such as popcorn, carrots, or gum

* Have a friend to alert if you feel the urge to smoke

* Feel good about your choice to make this lifestyle change.
