Managing Stress Levels

* EXERCISE (be physically active at least 30 min. a day)

* COMMUNICATE (confide in trusted friends and family)

* TAKE A BREAK! (read a book, see a movie, take a brief trip)

* BE ORGANIZED (your thoughts, time, and energies)

* BE REALISTIC ABOUT YOURSELF (being perfect is unhealthy)

* PRAISE YOURSELF (recognize your own good work and accept compliments with grace)

* FOCUS ON OTHERS (do nice things for others)
