Click on the Coaches Corner first. This site provides amateur wrestling with some solid information which instructors can use in preparation for classes but is better suited for the coach. The tips on Nutrition and Training are very useful and the Coaches Tips are also good. There are no visual demostations that other sites have but the text information is very good. The "Ask the Coach" is excellent and everyone can benefit from the question and answer approach the site uses. The layout is deceiving because of the light colors but you can click on them and they work.
