This site is almost entirely comprised of articles for practically every swim level. The articles focus on many lessons and workouts, and tips for both swimmers and coaches. Total Immersion has a discussion group and various "Total Swim" newsletters available online.
This site has a multitude of drills and training techniques for swimming. It is technical without many visual aids but can give some good tips for lesson plans. You can find some information on work outs and instruction on techniques on turns and other interesting links to swimming.
