Spin Jammer is an aerobic activity that enhances hand-eye coordination for all ages in indoors or outdoor usage. Included are the basics and fundamentals of throw, catch, class structuring and beginning games. There are advanced games called Ultraflow which comes with rules and equipment information. As a sidelight, there is a Real Audio demonstration for an expose of proper form and teaching techniques.
