The following are directions, information, and tips for successfully placing an order in our secure online PE Central store. We accept Mastercard or Visa, Purchase Orders, or Checks as payment. Checks and PO orders are not shipped until we receive them in the mail or PO's via fax (number below). Expect 3-5 days for delivery of products via USPS (majority of orders are shipped Priority Mail). Unfortunately we cannot provide rush delivery service. If you are tax exempt please call us at 540-953-1043 to place your order or place the order and we can remove the tax that will automatically be added on our online store system. Delivery Time Expect delivery of your order via US Mail (majority are shipped Priority Mail) within 3-5 days (Out of the USA orders may take longer). We typically mail on the same day we receive the order. Feel free to e-mail us at pec@pecentral.org to check on the status of your order. Unfortunately we cannot provide rush delivery service. Refund Policy We are happy to issue a refund if a piece of merchandise is defective in some way or if you just did not need the product. However, you will need to bear the cost of mailing the item back to us. We will mail you a check via the US postal service for the amount that you paid after we receive the item. If you paid by credit card we will credit the card for the amount charged. Privacy Statement PE Central does not sell or distribute any of it's customers personal information with any third party including our sponsors. We only ask for your email address so that we can send your receipt to you as we do not include a receipt or a packing slip with the product. We do not put you on any email list either. Security All of the pages in our store are located on a secure server. The normal browser security indicators may not be visible because our store pages are built in a frame. To verify the security, right-click on the page and select 'Properties' to see that the URL (Address) begins with HTTPS. Just follow the directions after you put an item in your checkout cart. If you are a regular customer in our store you may want to Register first. This will quicken your check out time. Purchase Order: Just fax us the PO at 540-301-0112 and we will place the order for you. The other way is to go to our store and choose the Purchase Order radio button during the checkout process. Then you can print out the order form that is generated and mail with your purchase order. We will not fill the order until we receive the purchase order and the print out in the mail (address is listed below). Check or Money Order: If you do not want to purchase an item using your credit card you can always pay by check or money order. Just click the Purchase order/check radio button during check out, print the order form that is generated and mail it in with your check or money order. Make your check out to PE Technologies. Note: We typically do not include a packing slip in any of our orders.
