Students maybe more knowledgeable of the subject matter than a multiple-choice test allows them to demonstrate. They may select an incorrect answer due to the similarity in choices.

TIPS FOR THE TRENCHES

"Answer Justification" allows students to answer the multiple-choice question and justify their incorrect response.

"E Option" allows students to select from a four-option multiple-choice with the option to select the "E" Option to explain their choice.
