Activity: Cannon ball roll

Equipment: cage ball, 1 blue mat standing on edge

Formation: two teams

One person from the first team will roll the cannon ball (cage ball) from the start to the fort (mats) which are at the finish line - trying to knock the fort over. If successful, group sets fort up. If not successful, first person in other group will roll at the fort. Continue with each person having a turn. You might have to have a different line for each grade level (line that is close for kindergarten; line way back for grade 4).
