Activity: The Granite State
Equipment: 6 tires (granite), 2 mats (trucks), 2 tees (destination). Set tires at start of work area; set mats 1/2 way between start and finish; set tees at end or work area.
Formation: 2 groups
Pick up one piece of granite (tire) from the granite pit and carry it to the truck (mat) - then, carry mat (because no wheels outside) to destination (tee); carry truck back to parking lot; return to granite pit. Repeat again using second piece of granite (tire). Repeat again using third piece of granite (tire).
