Suggested Grade Level:
Staggered stance with opposite foot forward
Shoulder pointing toward service area with weight on back foot
Make an "O" to hold birdie (using your index finger and thumb)
Racquet back, wrist cocked
Contact made in front and on side of body below the waist
Transfer weight to front foot with racquet following through across body
