Suggested Grade Level: 6-12

The arms and the legs are moving at the same time while your body is relaxed

Chicken (knees bent to waist, palms up at shoulders, extend arms straight over head)

Airplane (thrust legs spread eagle, pull arms out and down to side)

Soldier (legs straight together, arms straight at side, and glide). Soldier (legs straight together, arms straight at side, and glide).
