Stand sideways to your target. Glove shoulder, glove foot and glove side facing the target.

Make a "T" with your body. Glove hand should point at your target and hand with the ball should be back. Feet should be spread.

Begin bringing arm forward by forming a right angle with your throwing arm.

Snap your wrist when releasing the ball and turn shoulders where they are square to the target.

Twist hips so that the front of your body is facing your target. Throwing arm should follow through touching glove knee.
