Glue feet to the ground and keep them from moving, teacher will count 1-8

On one, Place right hand on the ground On two,Place left hand next to right hand on the ground

On three, place right hand out further on the ground, with left hand on the same spot On Four, place left hand out further meeting the right hand on the ground {similar to push up position]

On five, place left hand back one spot with right hand in same position On Six, place right hand back one spot to meet with the left hand

On Seven, place the left hand back one spot, keeping the right hand in the same position

On eight, stand up straight.
