Pop pass (rugby)

Spread legs shoulder width apart and bend your knees.

Hold rugby ball perpindicular to the ground with fingers pointing down and thumbs up.

Twist your torso to face your target.

Use your middle fingers to lightly pop the ball in the air at the target.
