Double Dutch Rope Jumping

Suggested Grade Level: 3-6

Entering the Rope : Start by standing near the shoulder of one of the turners

Watch the rope that is farthest from you

As it passes your nose, follow it in and leap the near rope as it turns toward you

Begin jumping as soon as you land and enter the ropes

Move to the middle of the ropes and face one of the turners as you jump
