Suggested Grade Level:
Relax your muscles like a rag doll
Face in water, water at the hairline
Legs and arms dangle, stay loose like jello
Lift face to take "bite" of air (you can scissors kick or cross wrists and pull as you lift face)
keep chin in water as you breathe in
Return face to water, blow out through your mouth, count to 4, take next bite of air
