Froggy Jump

Suggested Grade Level: PRE-K

Get down into a squat position.

Place your hands on the floor in between the legs.

Jump a short distance by placing the hands on the floor in front of the body.

Once the hands land on the floor, keep feet together and let them land near your hands.

Say these words "hands first, let the feet catch up".
