Suggested Grade Level: PRE-K

Get on the floor.

Keep your body straight and push your arms up so that you are supporting your upper body.

Keep the arms straight and point your toes.

Use your hands and drag your feet as you move along the floor.

Keep your head up and look in the direction that you are traveling.
