Suggested Grade Level:
Non-dominant shoulder close to the fence (or gym wall).
Keep your front foot still as if it has bubble gum stuck on the bottom
Hold the ball in your thumb and first two fingers as if it is a baby bird
Lift the baby bird up as high as you can reach
Release it into the air
Point to the sky as it flies away
